The UC Denver IT Services Help Desk is the place to get help with problems, obtain information, and request new services. The Help Desk will either resolve your issue or route you to someone who can.

After-Hours Emergency Contact
If you have an after-hours emergency, for example to report an outage, please call the Help Desk number above for your location. From the voice mail menu, choose the options for after-hours support and emergencies. Leave a message and a technician will be paged automatically.

After-Hours Non-Emergency Contact
If you have an after-hours problem that is not an emergency, you can call the Help Desk number above for your location and leave a message. From the voice mail menu, choose the options for after-hours support and non-emergencies. Leave your message and a technician will return your call on the next business day. You can also check the Online Assistance topics for basic problems such as forgotten passwords.
