UC Denver IT Services Auxiliary Rates for FY 2010 (July 2009 - June 2010)
Highlights of FY 2010 rate setting
Due to the careful management and use of service center billing revenue, the FY 2010 rates for all campus technology service areas will remain unchanged from FY 2009 rates, except for the Central Server charges, which will be reduced by 10% from $12/month per user to $10.80/month per user.

- Central Server Connections -- Users are provided with 4Gb of basic storage, typically provided as a home or departmental directory. Additional file storage that is consumed beyond 4 gigabytes is charged an additional $1/Gb per month.
- Server Hosting - Departments are provided with 70 Gb of storage, including 50 Gb of storage and 20 Gb for the operating system. Additional server storage is charged at an additional $0.37/Gb per month.
- Server Backup - Physical servers can be backed up by installation of a Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) backup agent. The agent allows for remote administration and backup of the server's data. The cost of this service is $550 per CPU within the physical server and includes up to 70 gigabytes of backup storage.
